Never heard of it before. It looks like a product that was designed for fast food restaurants , but it looks interesting. Would be nice if their web site demo's worked though.

Actually it is generally for HVAC systems. Their controllers are RF with Web based front end.

They are active inthe States, and as the market is bigger over there i just wanted to check if anyone is familiar with them...

It appears their master gateway device may be RF based.

There controllers are more of an archaic bus structure.

Off the shelf ilon100, RF router, and some LON nodes (of your choice) and away you go.... Probably cheaper implementation. Although, they may have a niche market with fast food joints.... not the type of establishments I'd want to service personally.

What other tools shall i need to develop- build Lon networks and how much do they cost?

I have been working with Lon networks and i am familiar with Lon field..
Up to now i have used many crappy tools which have made Lon a little bit scary..

Please if you are aware of the above fincial information, provide a draft cost so i
can see were i am standing...

As for the case... i dont now if the firm is reliable and easy to use, work with it..which is the second query..

The first query is to deliver project expectations..

I saw one on ebay for cheap.
I've paid anywhere from 465 to 750 dependent on deals and options.

Rumor has it a nice version upgrade is in the works.

Use any LNS based LON tool you like. Circon/Distech/Echelon.... Actually, I've heard nice things about Newron's NL220 program. Seems nice to use.
