We have a closed loopcondenser water system
serving about 10 tons of A.C. UNits

The water has glycol due to outside dry cooler

The water has turned blck with slag

and all three Penn condenser water regulating valves are

badly leaking at the seals

I s there a way to treat the water and what valves can resist this

Thank You very much

C, as Slim stated, get you chemical checked. Glycol can turn acidic over time and destroy a system.

Additives have to be added at times to keep alkalinity normal. In you case you may have to drain system and flush it out???

& add an in-line filter system to keep it clean.
