this one does not heat the house over 72 digrees F
other than flame sensor,dirty filter,clogged coil,dirty blower
components that need to be checked,
is there other than these have been missed.

I can't see where you're located. Has it been colder than usual lately? Would you suspect 80k Btuh to be enough for the home?
Beyond that, I can't troubleshoot what I can't see.

Beyond going into specific DIY info--which we are not allowed--look for other common problems: Restricted return air? Are returns shut off in certain areas or restricted? Supplies shut off or restricted. Air infiltration to the house: Is the furnance overworked at higher temps due to more air in the house system--this effects heat rise. There are many other things to consider as well, but a pro fourm is the place.

If you changed the filter and replaced the thermostat, then I'm out of ideas.

If you want a home over 72 degrees, the furnace doesn't need looked at, the homeowner's head does!
I couldn't breathe with it that warm in my house...
