Is there a ball park figure on how many cfms of discharge air should be charged from lets say medium temp meat case ,frozen food case,ect?

are you talking about how mant cfm the fan moves or the amount of heat the unit will put in the space?

im talking about the veloscity of the air from the discharge in a case .

Meat cases ...250 fpm at 29f discharge. Frozen the same 250 fpm -5f or -15f

depending on the manufacture here's hill's site
go to information and then data sheets and all the info is there that you will ever need, discharge temps and case setting, discharge velocity's, everything .... some manufacturer's are easier than others... but each has its own requirement
