Howdy,
BDP 3 wire flame switch furnace.
The fan occationaly sticks on these models. I usualy rap on the fan relay and it shuts off so I assumed it was a sticking relay. Now I see on the schematic a time delay circut. The time delay circut may be sticking in the closed possition, however it doesnt get power untill GAS3 is energized on the circut board.
I figure the time delay circut stuck closed will energize 24 V to the 24v side of the fan relay even if the flame switch doesnt warp and energize GAS3.
I'll have to take some reads across the time delay next time this happens.
