Have any of you guys tried to pull up any pdf's from tranes site lately? I tried to pull up an installers guide to a baysens035a and the new search engine won't let you type in the whole model/ part # ( not enough space ). no matter what you do you can't search for hardly anything relevant to what you want. you used to be able to get info on almost anything. maybe I was in the wrong site. I went to trane.com and clicked on commercial. I thought thats how I got in last time ( was a few months ago though ). maybe it's their way of creating job security.:( doesn't help me when I need info.

Hey, I finally got the boss's to set me up an account on ASDealernet.com, but they took it upon themselves to apply some restrictions. I can look at the 1st page, but everything after that I get "not authorized". And they aren't too excited about giving me more privilages on such a "secret" site

Sorry...Trane.com is consumer site...I use their comfort site which requires knowing the secret water buffalo handshake...LOL.
I'm not familiar with how the consumer one works.

By the way O-tech...you should apply for pro membership.

Well, they never have used the site for info, and for the most part they don't need the info (install only, they don't do service, nor feel the need to know much more than they know now).

I'll admit it's a slight sign of needing a life (reading HVAC stuff for fun), but hey, we all got our hobbies right? :D

Oh yeah. I never thought about it really. why do you think so? do they teach the secret water buffalo handshake in there?:D what requirements do you need?

as far as trane.com, I forget the manf. setup the regular sites that way to keep the DIY's and HO's out of harms way.

As HVACJOEK said, type in whatever you are looking for in the "keyword" field.

thats the page I was trying to search from but I didn't have any luck. the model area doen't let you put enough letters in there to make it useful and the other fields don't return any results or useless results. there was another search page that worked but I can't remember where it is. I think I saved the link somewhere. I'll have to find it. If I do I'll post it.

Since that is an accessory you need to search by keyword. Here is the link to the guide

r422a:
thanks for the help. did you search from the link that roadgear posted? I tried to use that one at the keyword field with the sensor mod# but it didn't return anything. please post the link that you used if it was different. thanks
