Trenton Refrigeration Rocks!!

I was completely blown away by their customer service today.

We have a small remodel scheduled for next Monday - tearing out a few reach in coolers and freezers, updating the equipment and installing new outdoor condensing units.

According to United Refrigeration, the Trenton units were to be shipped on Feb 2nd, with a tentative arrival date of Feb 7.

I had not received confirmation from the wholesaler on delivery status so I called them yesterday morning. United calls me back and tells me that the paperwork shows they have been shipped on Monday Feb 5, but the units are still sitting on the loading dock at the factory - somebody forgot to load them. The new tentative delivery date is now 3 days into the install:mad: I got a little upset but what can you do - can't turn back time.

United calls me about a 1/2 hour ago and said the condensing units arrived. A guy from the factory jumped in a truck and left Ontario yesterday around 2:00P. He apparently drove straight through the night to get these units to me for Monday delivery.;)

How many other company's would have done that?

That's nice to hear. Those are good units. Just make sure United keeps the cond motors in stock. Took us 3 days to get the last one we needed for a walk-in freezer.

Yeah Trenton is pretty Good!! The Billoionaire who own's United Refrigeration bought out Keep Rite Refrigeration a while back and Those Trenton Evaps are actually KeepRites, it's a Chev/GMC thing haha where Keep Rites are sold everywhere so United has their own Brand "trenton" :p

As far as Motors are concerned they're still the same ones (and basically available at any supply house!, if ya don't mind splicing the plug in some cases) I called United Yesterday for 2 motors but he only had one, I got a call back 9am with the other motor there, it's all good

Yeah Those Trentons are made down the road from where i'm located, they're made In Brantford Ontario, same City where wayne gretzky is from(hey, I'm canadian nothin wrong with a hockey reference :p ) Copeland is also in Brantford, 3 or 4 hours is the longest wait for most compressors, but starting electrics for small cans is a different story haha

:D I am happy for you! We need more company's like that in the states. I love it that when you order something and you think it will take forever to arrive but you get it and it all works out in the end. I wish every job worked that way.

Wait Keep Rite i think may be Canadian so it's probably not that ppopular down in the states is it?? not like it i here anyway.

Do you see a lot of Keep Rite stuff down there??
