I would like to be notified on off hours if one of my boilers or AC units shut down. What do I need for this? No real DDC in building mostly timers. No guards or night or evening workers.

Add radio shack tele dialer with 2 codes (boiler and chiller) and stats set to normal

I can vouch for Sensaphone. We had one at my last gig that monitored a blood freezer. If the temp went up or the power went off (the Sensaphone can still dial on battery power through an analog phone line) it would start calling the blood lab staff one by one until somebody answered.

yupper them plasma coolers store many millions of dollars worth

of blood (high antibody blood), temp needs to be -20 celsius

you must also have plenty of redundant systems for when you have

break downs, i got called out at christmas on 1 of those

damn hp80 systems, had to fix a leak at the evaporator, the forklift can only

stay in for 20 minutes at a time or it will freeze the hydralics, it is amazing

the way things react in the cold environment.
