Found a bad heat exchanger on a DMS4 Lennox multizone, called lennox up and they told me that they no longer supply the heat exchangers. Has anybody found a after market replacement that would fit into this unit

I had the same problem with one, my customer ended up up replacing the r/t with a Trane voyageur with a roof curb that has all the zones built into it, so far it works pretty good!!!!!!!!!!!!!

About 6 yrs ago we had one go bad on a school. Lennox had a company building penthouses to drop on those. They at that time had multiple Pulses in them at that time. It was craned up as a unit and tstats were tied back in. I would call them in the applications dept. They should be able to help you.

It has been working good. Minor issues with a couple blower motors(ECM 1) and circuit board at the main connections for t'stats. Other than those they run flawlessly.
