Has anyone used the dual port manometer acc. head from Fieldpiece? How does it rate?

I started out with fieldpiece, but now prefer fluke. when I did used fieldpiece I stayed away from the attachments. Go with fluke if you don't I would suggest that you get a manometer that does'nt attach to anything.

For a good accurate digital manometer, I would recommend sticking with brands that have been in the flow/pressure measurement business for a good long time. Dwyer, TSI/Alnor, Testo, etc.

I have had a Dwyer digital manometer for a few years that has given me great service. It can be slightly annoying to use because it has instant response to changes in pressure, so it is sometimes hard to get a stable reading if there is any turbulence.
I recently got a Testo 506 pocket manometer and like it. It gives more stable readings because it updates an average reading every 3 seconds rather than bouncing around like the Dwyer sometimes does. It is also more convenient to use because of its size and the magnet on the back of it.

I'll be getting a Testo 435-4 multi function meter very shortly that also does differential pressures in any unit of measurement I could ever want, so my Testo 506 and Dwyer digitals will be relagated to backup duty, as will my Fluke 52, Testo H2 humidity stick, and Kestrel anemometer.
The Testo 435-4 is gona take the place of a lot of test instruments, lol.

The Testo 435-4, with the selection of probes and wireless transmitters I want, is gona run around $2000, but is a bargain when you consider all of the test instruments it takes the place of, and exceeds the performance of.

I use this one by Amprobe and I love it has work great for a couple years, also checks temp and humidity WB/DB not bad for around a hundred bucks.

The best digital manometer I've used is made by Dresser or Ashcroft. It is expensive, but is very accurate, and has interchangeable modules. The modules go down to 0 to 0.25 in. wc. This hand held unit works with any pitot tube or you can use it to measure static pressure. I use one for my job calibrating D.P. transmitters.

I have a Testo. Great little unit that fits in my service bag. It's perfect for a quick test of gas pressure, test pressure switches, check ESP and so on.
