I changed out my second set of electric heat strips in Rheem air handlers this week. They are difficult and time consuming to complete. Are you guys having the same problem with the heat strips going bad in Rheems that are 10-12 years old?

We pretty much have replaced all the originals with the new, lower kw elements. Those hold up.
