Anyone have a number for carel USA or info on this controller.
Stulz calls it their C Tech 10 controller.
I need a default user number.
Any help would be appreciated.

These Carel Controls seem to be a good product, but obtaining the technical literature has been impossible.

I would like to specify them in the future, but cannot meet submittal requirements without this literature.

If you call the factory they will email you all the documentation and the code is 177 but call the factory they will get you the controller set up sheet which is a big help.

Atmosphere, just went through this with a Stultz with a Atech-20, a forum member helped me out.

Call Stultz for your info, make sure you have serial numbers..........

Carel will not help you, I have an email right now saved from the Carel controls guy for my state(that works for Carel) saying that they will not sell us software, cables, or provide assistance with some controllers that we need to get into.

You should ask CAREL if they have a buyback program since you will need to rip them out because their OEM channel is so bad.

At least you are giving them the opportunity for a resale....
