Hoping someone can help me. If I have a new 10 SEER condenser in my shop am I still allowed to install it in a customer's home? If anyone can direct me to a web site with the regulation I would really appreciate it!!

You can install it just fine. Manufacturers just can't make them.
Unless Joisey has some kind of law the rest of us don.t

we still have a few left in our shop and are selling them
you can sell and install 10 seer till you run out of them here in jersey and if the supply house still has them you can still buy and sell them till they run out:)

They are going for BIG Bucks for 10 SEER due to 13 SEER making everyone change out coils.

What is the CURRENT minimum SEER requirement based on N.J. building code?

Thats a prime commodity you have there!!!!
We loaded up on them last year and only have a few left.
Once they are gone the homeowners have to switch out both OD unit and A/H. Not a bad deal for my salesguys...
