Anyone have a problem with replacement on 2 door standup freezer unit's?

New rhs gaskets... but with all ajustment's still sucking air.?

Did u try heating them up with ur heat gun and stretching them.. I ran into that problem a few weeks ago and that worked for me

This is where an ultrasonic can be helpful but if you do not have one, light up a cig and watch for it to pull in.

Look real hard at the door for damage. Have never done it on a hobart but I have replaced a few manitowoc and true doors because jumbo on the cooks line likes to show off his karate moves when closing the door.

Worn hinges also may work fine dor door closing, seal on the sides and top but lower it enough to leak at the bottom.

I had some that the door hinge was bad and the door did not swing close.
