Factory Startup

Does anyone know how to go about getting a factory startup for a Buderas Boiler? Difficulty: Located in Southern Maine.

Yes, call your salses rep.

Thanks - that's sort of the problem, though. The sales rep at the distributor that sold me the boiler won't return my calls. My installer is also no help and I have a very unhappy customer right now. I'm told the Buderas requires a lot of tweaking and the factory rep should do the startup with their laptop.

We have started 100's in PA and have never seen a FACTORY GUY,it is not that hard to set up.

New piping or exisitng system??

Installer cannot start up??
