Summit Connection Problem

I dialed into a customers site for the first time, connected, then got the following window:

Site contains a BCU with an image greater than 16.044.
This BCU image is incompatible with this revision of the
workstation. Disconnecting...

Then this window:

The specified BCU source image for this site (BMTX16048.img)
is not available on this workstation.

Do I have to specify the type of BCU when I connect to a site to
upload it for the first time?
What is preventing me from uploading?
This site is about 3 years old.
