Check for a dishwasher back feeding into system. Frequent occurance. Install check valve on cold water line by dishwasher. And I am not a plumber, but I know Ice Machines.

Anything with a mixing valve is a potential suspect. You might check those slop sinks to see if somebody's got a hose hooked up to one.

If the piping is reasonably accessible, disconnect your icemaker and just run the water for a little while.. It shouldn't be that big a deal to figure out which pipe is getting hot and follow it back to the source.

look for a spray handle on the sinks. That is usually the problem with sporatic warm water inlets.

Thanks for the help and the laughs they finally found a mystery slop sink that nobody knew about including the maint. man .After taking out every ceiling tile in the building the sink had some sort of sanitizing rig hooked to the sink and someone left the hot and cold water turned on .Well they got one hell of a plumbers bill $985.00 .Thanks
