Doesn't matter. It is happening now and the democrats have no plan other than surrendering.

You should learn what "non binding" is Sport.

Smart move by the Dems.

Bush will go ahead with his plan to sacrifice more American lives in service of his legacy, no matter what Congress does and the Dems. know that.

Which will just confirm the ownership of the Iraq quagmire by Bush and the Republican Party.

Smart move by the Dems? Kind of a Oxymoron there!

Bush IS going ahead with the plan and Cheny said "they aren't stopping us with out cutting off troop funding" Which they may do because the Democrats are surrender monkeys. History has and will again confirm that.

History has and will again confirm that.Jeez, the Bush administration loves naive bumpkins like you. They have you believng that this surge is some military genius tactic that will turn the quagmire into brilliant victory. If you missed it, surges have been tried before to no positive effect, things actually got worse. Even the military leaders were against this surge before they were whipped into line by the civilian leadership. There is no plan, there is no strategy, there is no magic bullet.

What's left is "withdrawing with alleged honor" to protect what is left of Bush's turd covered legacy. This surge is nothing more than a dog and pony show show by Bush so that he can say he gave it his best shot and it is the Iraqi's problem now.

However no amount of spin, public relations, lies or twisted logic can erase the fact that this Bush's war lock, stock and barrel.

It is just too bad that the vicitms of this disastrous optional war, the U.S. military and its people, the war on terror, the Iraqi people, the U.S. Treasury, and the families of those killed and maimed had to pay for Bush's vanity.

It's all about perception.

Idiots like you think it's only about GW and the day we leave Iraq these simply misunderstood head whackers will shave, take a bath and become in harmony with their brothers in arms, the democrats and liberals. Then they will turn vegetarian and fight global warming..
