99' gmc 14' boxvan w/ new motor and tranny

i bought it as a ryder truck in 2001 w/ 80k miles. now she has 135k. new transmission 12000 miles ago in april of '06. new 5.7 engine installed last week with 12 month unlimited miles warranty. repainted white 2 yrs ago. paint has a couple of scratches on panels and front grille. complete shelving set up for installs and duct cleaning. truck is in very good condition inside and out. located in jax beach, fl. asking 11k.

You just had a new engine installed last week and you're selling it already?

How come?

i'm going to use a covered trailer for the largest condensers. the other two vans can handle everything else. when the motor blew in dec. i couldn't sell it without a fresh engine.
