Out of Iraq?

Many of the recently elected politicians are promising to get us out of Iraq.
Has anyone any where seen one of them state a plan to do this?

I hope the American people are not hoodwinked into thinking that just because some one promises this it will happen. We are in Iraq for the long haul (see Germany, Japan and Korea). If anyone can point me to a plan thanks in advance.
