Gas Steamer

want to know why the flame not going forward.One of four burners it comes backward.Is it the one comes backward the exhaust vent clogged or the pressure not enough.May be it need cleaning.
Please let me learn something or give me the advise .

I went to clean the exhaust vent,it works much better.
I have contacted the manufacturer 1/2 yr ago about the delime problem at canada.
Let me call for tech support to-morrow

Just talk to the manufacture.Usefull information.
After the nozzle there has a tube,thy call it a gun,inside have a mesh,just clean the dirt over .
Try to learn something everyday.
