true performance of cond units

seem to me cond units are NOT putting out rated capacitiec,I know rheem has a "performance "spec disk out doues any one know of other manufatures with a similar disk out??;)

Easiest would be looking at ARI online. It varies with evap so you'd need to know that too. www.aridirectory.org
