Aprilaire 600 humidifier problems...

Dose any one in here have problems with these aprilaire??? I run into these alot and most of the time I just replace the stat or if it's in outdoor temp .. I just remove it and just use the manual mode....sometimes sparky wired it wrong but most of the times the stat is bad.. I just want to get other peoples opinion on how they would fix it...

Most of the problems I see is chatter from the relay caused by the wire for the outdoor sensor being routed next to the high voltage. What problems have you seen?

Hardly ever see a humidistat faulty. But I don't let a sparky wire them up and start them either.Thats my job. No probs here. Sounds like wiring problems.
