Circuit board on Amana air handler model # BBA60A2A led is flashing like everything is ok. My heating elements are ok and the fan comes on when the thermastat is switched to heat. The voltage reading from the circuit board to the sequencers are reading 5 to 7 volts. Has anybody gotten this low of voltage reading from the circuit board going out to the sequncer and is this preventing the sequencers from letting the heater strips from coming on?
