Anyone know where I can get ahold of KMC Winpro XL software and manuals?

Hope you have better luck dealing with KMC than my company did. We have a large church with their controls in it and according to our controls guy in the office, anytime he has contacted KMC, they won't speak to him and refers him to the local dealer. Too bad that the local dealer had a falling out with the church after the initial install and won't give any help or support.

Ive installed KMC controls for a co in Ft Myers Fl. The one thing I remember was there conrollers would do some funny things and failed freequently. As far as getting the software I believe you would have to get it thru a rep. Good Luck!!

Shake up coming with KMC about mid 2007 , things supposedly changing away from REPS ( attitude ) to more open door type sales / service for customers
