I don't get a sign on screen or anything - I get an FTP File Folder Error.

I use FlashFXP, even IE works on it also.

I can connect both passive and non, try them both.

No SSL if your trying to use that.

Works fine from home - our work firewall must be blocking it. I'll take a look/add some later tonight/this week.

I did find some on this computer and uploaded them just now. Its a far cry from what I have, but its a start.

you need to add ftp:// in front of it if using Internet Explorer or other browser for FTP access. unless your firewall is blocking the port

My browsers put it there automatically, so I forgot to post the link like that.

Just posted 3 stencils, let me know if they open. On codewriters I had to move them to Visio and they worked fine.

I get an alert 530 saying the user cannot log in. Is there some short of user/user name limit on the ftp site?

I copied ftp.buildingautomationforum.com and then pasted it to my browser then entered sign on and password without no problems. If I try to open the stencils from hvac-talk I get a blank visio page and no stencil. I had to copy to visio.

I just posted a few stencils too. It looks like the ftp site doesn't like firefox, it worked fine with IE.

On my windows machine the following browers work fine.

Opera 9.01/8552
Firefox 1.5.0.7
IE 6.0.2900.2180

However I use FlashFXP as my FTP client. Browsers do not offer the functions that a true FTP client will.

I am running firefox 1.5.08.

Is there any way that you guys could edit your folders so that you have Visio 2001 stencils or whatever year it is in one set of folders and visio 2003? stencils in another folder. I am running the visio that comes with LonMaker and I cannot open the stencils that were created with the newer version of visio. Maybe there is a patch/upgrade I need to get?

Also I deleted one of my stencils - I explained why in the word document. I'll update it in a bit.

I just figured out the solution - I am running Visio 2002 - could you guys create some sub folders for 2002? Then do a "save as" on your stencil in visio and from the dropdown menu on the "save as type" you should be able to save it as a Visio 2002 stencil and/or Visio 2000 stencil. Mine gives me an option of saving it as a Visio 5 stencil, so I am guessing as to what yours will say. Then if you would upload it/them, it would be greatly appreciated.

This is a GREAT idea.
But I can't seem to connect thru Firefox, page just keeps "Loading...."
Could that be my Norton or Spyware?
