Mobile home furnace m# gat056bdd s# 951244522 found bad gas valve robertshaw.I went to the supply house got a new valve installed it also installed a new non program stat.Started the furnace only to find the temp at the supply only 10 feet way and throughout the house only blowing 50 deg.f air checked the gas pressure and it a good 3.5 water.The fan limit did not look good so I replaced that to and the high limit.Flame is nice and large and blue but the heat exchanger is only warm to the touch right before the fan starts.Every thing else seems to be working in order.Has any one else had this problem and how do you correct it.THANKS

With what did you measure the temp at the register?

register as a pro and post what your return temp was. also how long was it running.
3.5 says its natural gas, it is natural gas right?
anyway start there and get it in the pros forums, if you are a pro that is

I plan on registering pro. very soon.Any way I went back to the call yesterday pulled the burners right out and found a small spider wed.Cleaned it out and put the unit back in service and they have heat now.
