Lennox Heat Pump with auxilary heat is not pulling the contactor in for the compressor and fan. I do not have 24v at the coil of the contactor. I do not have 24v on the Y1 either. I do have 24v on "R" to "C". I followed the red wire which goes to the CMC1 card(defrost) and have 24v going in but not coming out. Could this be my problem or does the 24v go through the low pressure switch first? Unit is a 92 model, 3 ton. Need help fast.
Thanks
Rich

look under Heating Contractors, then look under Lennox.

I looked in the yellow pages as you recommended. I looked for AC REPAIR, then I saw a long list of Contractors so I looked down the list and noticed it said PRICK AC REPAIR owned and operated by "t527ed". So I notice it's a 900 number and call it. It say's for gay fun press 1, for gay fun with AC repair man press 2. I hung up.
Anyway I thought this forum was about helping, I'll figure it out myself.

rem05, please read the forum rules before posting again.

You have 2 total postes so far, in your first post you violated rule number 2, and in your 2nd post you violated rule number 1.
This is not a DIY site.
From the little bit of info you provided, the control board is not the problem. The lack of voltage at y1 on the board indicates that a safety control before that point is open, assuming that control voltage is even being sent to the outdoor unit to y1.
You need to call a pro.
Have a nice day.

so you hung up instead of waiting to be serviced. if you can't read the site rules i doubt you will have any luck at all with a hp diagram.
have a nice day.
