rudd 2 stage furnace with single stage stat

I'M HAVING A PROBLEM DIAGNOSING A RUDD FURNACE
WITH A SINGLE STAGE STAT. IT DOES NOT RAMP UP TO 2ND
STAGE AFTER 12 MIN. ANY IDEAS WOULD BE GREATLY. BOTH
STAGES WORK IF WI AND W2 ARE JUMPERED

Single stage stat should be hooked up to W2 only.

Take a look in the INSTRUCTIONS. I know thats a novel thought, and it will likely leave you without any kneeling pad, but sometimes you do what you gotta do.
