I have a York 2 stage gas furnace V90 model 100,000BTU. There are 4 CFM speed for heating and 16 for Cooling. The heating CFM settings are:
Setting CFM Speed High: CFM Speed Low:
1 1880 1230
2 1670 1080
3 1530 980
4 1430 900
It is a 2-storey home with 2400square feet (excluding the basement, 3700sq ft with the unfinished basement). The house is about 32,000 cubic feet with the basement. What is best CFM setting for heating for that house?
Also, there is an HRV with a 205CFM rating at high speed that goes to the cold air return. So the furnace fan must be on all the time, I can set the fan speed for continuous operation separately, what should be the always on speed on the furnace to accommodate the HRV.
Thanks.
