Does anyone have experience with this company, or, have any information concerning their reputation?
They are a large labor outsourcing company for various skilled trades for commercial and industrial projects. They have a local office here in Kansas City, but are apparently located all over.
Is it likely that once hired with them (or any outsourcing company) that you will get steady work? Are tradesmen generally given opportunities for advancement? Are they actually committed to ongoing training (as they claim), or, do they treat you like a workhorse with no future?
