direct connect cables

Any one want to help me with making up a cable to connect to reliable controls mach1 2 and the old burke 1000 units
I'm not getting much joy locally as I'm not an autheroised dealer

I have com port 1 on ye old laptop with a rj45 jack on the board.

If you've got the cable pin-out, BlackBox can make up a cable with a part number that can be reordered. Much cheaper than OEM and easier than DIY.

got into a global board on friday - I just did not have the baud rate high enough - you know the fackers could have programmed the direct connect to try the range till one works - instead you have to manually try one till one works - pita

now I find out that I have cl500 boards in old burke 1000 panels - Apprantly I need a multinet black box at $500 clams a unit - I think I'm getting bent over the barrel on this - oh well welcome to the bs game of controls propirety manufs and their bastard tricks
