MTA Chiller: Compressor turn on/off to fast

Hi guys,
I have problem with MTA Chiller, this has a display to show me the temperature from the water outlet temperature(B1 sensor) and the water at the evaporator outlet(B2 sensor) and had a presostate PV(Pressure fan switch), LP, HP in the compresor line. the temperature setting is 6~11oC,
The crompressor normally turn on/off in 20~30 min, but rigth now is 1~3 min. this can damage the chiller compresor.
The temperature value is correct the time to on/off is too short.
I need your help about What can affect the on/off time?

You're in mfg, low load perhaps? Has it done it since day one or did it just start?

Did you check the amount of water, if is not a therm. problem, I am almost sure that the water flow change and is really dangerouz.
