good size residential-commercial company, new construction, retro, government contracts on Ft. Hood.. had 3 owners, 2 got tired of one other one so they bought him out... they take a jack@ss and make him GENERAL MANAGER and part owner of the company... he has mutliple felony convictions (i pulled his background online so i have proof) burglary, larceny, more burglary, aggravated robbery, theft, forgery... in and out of Texas prison system from early 1970's until 1999, on parole until 2016...
he now has complete control of company books... he runs everything, other 2 owners trust him and wont listen to anything about his background... i started as a tech, went into sales, was service manager, i refused to be his "yes man", i spoke up about things and would not sell the techs out, so i was crossed out, no raises, nothing for me, so i left... since i started, he got rid of 1 sales manager, 3 service managers, numerous techs, anyone who speaks up or disgrees is not on good terms...
this company just built a brand new 1 million dollar plus office/shop facility.... get this though, the GM is always late paying company bills... not unheard of to get faxes off the machine from Carrier/Lennox saying we were 90 or 120 days out on 50, 60k in equipment...
hows this for thought... accumulate debt, embezzle funds from company, one day you tell your partners the company is really deep in debt .. how about i use my personal funds to buy part of your shares of company??? (embezzled money)... i can bring cash into company by buying a larger part of comapny.. (with your money you didnt know i took)....
this is a true story, happening in your greater central Texas area...

the company i started at had major problems with everything.
but it happens to be the largest profit making office out of the whole company in the nation, simply for the fact that it's located in Las Vegas and does so much business.
there's about 5 senior techs there that hold the whole place together, they like it because they get to do what ever they want.
