I have a freebie to work on at my church. The operator says when he tries to set occupied schedule or use the sensor pushbutton to occupy one zone, all zones program identically and/or change to occupied. Does anyone have any shortcuts to save me a little time in the manuals?

Occupied status or setpoints for any member of a group apply to all members of the group.
Re-define your groups

Thanks for your help. You spared me from wading through 112 pages of adobe manual online as there was no hard copy on site! Have a good night.

Sounds like all the zones are in the same group. Read that section.
