there are alot of old and new fan motors out there and i was wondering what is a good range for cfm for:

cooling speed, low and high fire fan speeds, as well as the continuous low speed fan for circulation

thanks in advance

That depends on the size of the unit

You need a magnehelic or manometer to test the ESP,then the fan data chart(s) for the air handling side ,to set the proper cfms on every job, when they have PSC motors.

VS setup properly is a lot easier.
