When my unit is running, shortly after the burner starts, the flames begin to "cut out",but when I open the front access panel a bit the unit performs as normal.I did not see anything clogged up inside the combustion chamber, also the flames at the burners are blue when running normal. What else other than the flame sensor could cause the flame to want to die out with the front panel fully secured ?

BTW...welcome to the boards. I appreciate your enthusiasm, but ease up a bit on the step-by-step advice. I had to trim one of your posts in another thread.

I had a trane package system a while ago that did the same thing it ended up being the gasket around the inducer assembly, also if it's a 90% furnace your intake could be slightly blocked.
