oil build-up @ controls

hi guys, does anybody know a cleaner for all the grease build-up inside the control panel of fryers (i.e. henny penny OFG and OFE)? I can just do it manually (scooping) around esp. contactors. Grease doesn't listen to contact cleaners.

The only thing I have found is steam, after hours.

I agree those little steam generators are great!melts the grease real nice.

yes you have to love all the grease in the Henny Penny fryers, it just hangs and waits for the right moment to drop on your head, the steam works pretty good but it does make a drippy mess under it.
