I am converting a 1972 Silver Eagle bus to an RV. I am wanting a HVAC system that will fit into one of the bays and duct under the floor to each room. I also want it to zone like in my house. Also I need it to operate on diesel fuel. Anybody got any suggestions or websites for me to go to?
Thanks
TG

this is Turtle.
WOW! your going to make a Reversing Valve out of a Bus ? they sell them already made much cheaper . Had to say it, sorry.
Suburbon manufactoring co. [ small trailor & moble home furnaces ] makes a fair furnace like you want but not in diesel fuel.
Using Diesel as a fuel ? Do you have a death wish ? You need to get with the Commercial air line industry and work out how to deal with the fire balls that are created when you let it go in a confined place.
Zoning on a small application like that , WOW !
look up Suburbon Manufactoring co. as to getting a fossel fuel furnace this small. There is other brand that will do just fine.

No it won't, the unit is not designed to be moved and the vibration of the vehicle will break the fittings and solder joints in the unit. I have seen it before. I worked on one, leak in compressor discharge line, it traveled 45 miles and I fixed the same line. :(
