Are the fan switches on a coleman furnace adjustable. This furnace sits in a trailer. The blower motor runs for about 3mins after thermostat is satisfied. Is this the correct amount of time or is it too long?

Your fan will run until your heat exchanger has cooled down enough to "break" fan switch. Is your thermostat overshooting its set point because of this?

Is your filter clean. What about your A-Coil?
When was your last tune-up?

Sounds a little long. Are you certain it is 3 minutes, or might it just seem that long :D
Are the homeowner of this unit or a tech working on it?

I am a service tech. Adjusted anticipator on thermostat and watched cycle off. It is a 7600 series coleman furnace and the fan shuts off at 2min 30 seconds. Is there some sort of timer on this furnace that breaks contact after so long.

look at the unit...a tech should be able to tell what cycles the blower off.....

It could have a fan limit switch with the fan switch fixed at 105-20, or a fan switch at 110-20, or 130-35.
You'll have to look for yourself which one is controling the fan.
