Mr. Honda - unfortunately you're looking for advice you won't find here, this is not a DIY site.
If you're looking for opinions of various products --- you'll find many doing a search of this site by manufacture.
Re: - install it your self - You are discouraged from this pursuit - this is not a hobby.

The only dis-advantage to that unit will be a rookie installation, which could affect the performance and longetivity of it. You could have probs with warranty work down the road also. If you pay a local to install it, you probably won't be saving anything either. If you pay a local to fix your screw-ups, you definetly won't save anything. Good luck in your venture. A new house warrants a new professionally installed/warrantied system IMO.

1st off dont but off E bay if you do diy it will not mess with warranty I like package units dont have to worry about crawling every where to axcess it everthing is right there and also you can watch the tech if he/she has to work on it.

Do your family a favor:
Find yourself a contractor that may work with you. Purchase the equipment through him and have him do a duct design. You might be able to do 80% of the install yourself and have him do the rest.
If your intention is to save money...
short term gratification = long term headaches
As contractors we take several things into consideration when installing a new system...heat gain, heat loss,CFM delivery, latent heat, btu requirements in each room, air exhange, return...ect..ect..ect
sheet metal is more than an art..it is a science!
