Yep, Looks like bams would like to reinstate the assault weapons ban... but do you think he will do it in his second term ???

Do you think he will have time ???

Id like to have a crystal ball into this so I could decide whether to take 20 grand or so and go stock up on some nice name brand assault weapons that I could later sell at a good profit. Man could probably double or maybe even triple his investment...

There is no doubt that bams isnt the most gun friendly politician on the planet.... but the question is.... what are his intentions for gun control during his second term. Will he have time to focus on it...... Will Obams or other democratic politicians risk the political fallout that would be forthcoming from proposing some anti gun legislation ??? Obams is going to have nothing to lose in his second term....but those politicians in congress he needs to get some type legislation on the ball have everything to lose.

I think whats going to happen depends on who gets elected.

If Obama gets elected, Pelosi, Boxer, Reid, and Schumer will introduce a new AWB within the first 12 months (2013) of his second term.

They will be emboldened if NObama appoints two or more new Supreme Court justices like Sotomayer and Kagen.

If Romney gets elected, he *may* try to introduce a AWB, but both (hopefully) will get shot down buy a conservative congress

1) He told Vladimir Putin that he will be free'er to do more in his second term.

2) He has found that he does not need congress, all he has to do is sign a presidential order.
As far as I can search, none of his P.O. has been challenged.

Bams is not gonna have a second term... so not much to worry.

MeThinks Mitten will turn out to be more common sense than we realize... guy is just not showing his cards to avoid bad press.
