Steamer

I have a steamer that the hotel has and it is a 208 single phase or 208 three phase.(not hooked up) My problem is I only have 480 three phase near the steamer. All the wiring is under the floor and cannot be rewired or pulled for new. Isnt there a step down transformer for this situation?

Using a step down is a good idea if it wasn't for the high amp draw. It may be cheaper to change the elememts to 480 and step down the controls.
