I need toinstall 5 2 ton units on the roof, the only units available anywhere are the Fedders 10 Seer which is what I need, do Feeders unit have a high rate of failure ?

Yes they are cheap. Made in Communist China with an American Copeland compressor. We've sold a few, they do work. Had some issues with reaching 10 SEER and were yanked from ARI. But if all you want is a low cost unit, here it is.
