McQuay 280 panel lock-up

I have seven 280 panels on the hoof, all on centrifugals.

One panel has lost its marbles the last few power outages, and has needed a reload of the software. When you power it up it stays on the reset LED and that's all you get. Voltages are within spec. Fuses good.

Any of you McQuay guys out there have any ideas?
