I do not see any spacepac units above 13seer -- why is this.

Also - someone told me that a spacepac unit can be zoned - I see nothing about this! Can you zone them?

The high velocity technology kills SEER. The big blower motor and the very low CFM means a high SEER unit will end up considerably lower than it would with conventional air handler.

I have heard of zoning the stuff but the installer better know what he is doing!
