I need to connect and check due to problems with low Air flow and not allowing Electric heat to enable. I need help accessing this controller and materials needed, software needed. I do have controls experience programming and commissioning other brands, hope I can follow your support.

You need to buy Rover software to connect.

Check the pressure transducer and tubing is most likely cracked.

I have called Trane to see if they will sale it to me. Is there another place to get the software other when getting my customer to order it?

Is Rover compatible with the newer Trane systems and can you use it to login to remotely?

I purchaded Rover about a year ago which was the contractors version and it would not do com 3/4, only a watered down com 5.Go figure.

Rover will work, put you must update you software monthly on trane.net
