How is there turnover?How are the bennies? Type of work,

They do not have much turnover. If you are any good you will stay employed. They are signatory to the Sheet Metal workers (local 104) and the fitters. As far as the bennies I am familiar with the sheet metal side. Excellent benefits, medical, dental, vision and 2 retirement plans. We can retire at 55 with 25 years in. They work in the commercial and industrial area. Right now most of their work is public works.
