Noticed that the secondary drain from the pan under the air handler was dripping yesterday. The main line is clogged. What can I do to get it unclogged? I tried bleach, didn't work. I tried to fashion a hose hooked up to my leaf blower, didn't work. What else can I do? Thanks for the help.

Where does this line go to (the main one). If it's easy to get access to the end try hooking a shop vac up to it.
Shouldn't be real hard to unclog, but there's always a chance it'll be a pain.

It comes out of the air handler and then makes a "t" for the clean out and then makes a ninety goes about 3 feet and then makes another ninety down. From there I have no idea where it goes.

Do not use bleach - there's a reason it comes in a plastic jug -- it's caustic.
You must find the termination point for the drain, sometimes a shop vac works, professionals use a sluge sucker powered by nitrogen or C02.
I'd suggest you seek a competent HVAC contractor for seasonal maintenance. If the drain line is that bad, the pan will be a slimmer.
