I was down in Amana Iowa the past few days, and as we got into Waterloo, I noticed the Super Unleaded($2.01) was cheaper than the Regular Unleaded($2.14)...
Why is that??

If you mean Ethanol is cheaper, it is because when the industry was just starting up, they convinced the state legislature to ENCOURAGE people to buy the blended product by lowering the STATE ROAD USE TAX on that product only...

Gas in Minnesota uses 10% in all grade gas.
They use it only in Super?
